New tickets created during the month, including widget reports and tickets made from walkthrough pins, count toward the 40-ticket allowance. Archiving or deleting a ticket does not refund that month’s usage. Existing tickets remain accessible when you reach the limit; new tickets wait until next month or an upgrade.

Yes. Screenshots, pointing, and written reports are available on Free and count within its 40-ticket allowance. Visitor recording and paid widget tiers require a paid plan. External reporters need no Toado account or paid seat.

Business starts at 3 paid seats: $105 a month or $1,050 a year for 3 seats. It includes Widget Starter per workspace, 365 days of video history, and audit log export with date ranges and entry details. Recording minutes: 1,200 per seat; narration minutes: 600 per seat each month.

On Personal, Team, and Enterprise, a widget tier adds to the plan’s report and visitor-minute allowances. Business already includes Starter; buying Growth or Scale replaces Starter rather than stacking both tiers. Widget allowances are per workspace, never multiplied by seats.

On paid plans, reports continue without AI titles after the report allowance is reached, then the widget pauses at twice that allowance until the next month. When visitor recording minutes run out, written reports and screenshots remain available within the report allowance. Free pauses at its 40-ticket cap.

Yes. Walkthrough recording and MCP access are included on every plan, including Free. Tool operations follow your permissions and plan; Jira operations require Team or above. Free walkthroughs run up to 5 minutes; paid plans run up to 30 minutes. Visitor recording through the public widget is a separate allowance on paid plans.

Narration minutes cover the transcript and AI write-up of what you say. Processing requires transcription to be available and AI to be enabled for the workspace. Typed visitor notes are preserved word for word and are not sent for the narration write-up. See our privacy policy for processing details.

There are no automatic overage charges. Extra minutes, packs, and widget tiers are purchases you explicitly choose. Packs last 12 months and are used after monthly minutes. Narration add-ons are available where transcription and workspace AI are enabled.

Tickets, screenshots, pinned elements, and transcripts remain with the ticket. Walkthrough video expires after 7 days on Free, 45 days on Personal, 45 days on Team, 365 days on Business, 730 days on Enterprise by default. Video history add-ons or agreed limits can extend this.

Viewers are free and do not use paid seats. Personal is for one person; Team starts at one seat with no minimum. Business requires at least 3 paid seats.

Personal costs $120 a year instead of $180: 4 months free. Team is $180 per seat a year (2 months free); Business is $350 per seat a year (2 months free). Widget tiers also give two months free annually.

Jira integration is included on Team, Business, and Enterprise. A workspace owner connects Atlassian and maps projects; members and owners can send tickets. Personal and Free do not include Jira integration.
